People on the Move | Tyler Hyde

We are pleased to announce Tyler Hyde’s promotion to Vice President of Brokerage at Intelica.

Hyde joined Intelica as an Associate Broker in 2019. He focused heavily on industrial leasing and sales while also closing transactions in office, retail, and land sales. Over the past four years, Hyde has played a key role in our organization’s growth and expansion, utilizing his deep industry expertise and steadfast commitment to his clients and Intelica.

Prior to joining Intelica, Hyde devoted six years to serving The Coca-Cola Company, managing retail/on-premise, convenience-retail, drug/value, and large grocery chains like Walmart, Dierbergs Markets, and Schnucks.

Transitioning to the commercial real estate industry marked a major milestone in Hyde’s career. Highly motivated, he quickly and fully committed himself to the industry. His natural aptitude for understanding and implementing his client’s needs have led him to a very successful career in brokerage.

“You don’t have to be the smartest person in the room, and you don’t have to be the savviest; but if you can work hard and follow through on your promises, you are going to be pretty successful.”

Hyde graduated with a B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University, where he pitched for the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders. After graduation, Hyde played professional independent baseball for the Frontier League’s Rockford Riverhawks (now Aviators) and later earned a M.A. from Lindenwood University.

Hyde is native to St. Louis, where his family has been a staple in the food service/restaurant industry since the 1950s. His grandfather, Paul Savage, opened AA Hotel and Restaurant on Park Avenue in Downtown St. Louis in 1955 – renamed “Savage Foods” in 2002. Savage Foods operates today under the US Foodservice umbrella. Hyde’s family remains heavily involved in the food service industry with both his father, Mike Hyde, and wife, Jessica Hyde, employed by Kuna Foodservice in Dupo, Illinois.

Tyler and Jessica are proud parents to three boys: Jackson, Henry, and Theodore. Tyler currently volunteers for the National Football Foundation’s annual Paul Savage Sr. Memorial Golf Tournament.

Please join us in congratulating Tyler on his promotion and check out his feature on St. Louis Business Journal’s People on the Move.
