Intelica's partner, Bamboo Equity Partners, successfully completed a comprehensive repositioning of Meramec Center, a 71,062-square-foot multi-use property featuring both retail and flex spaces, located at 4401–4409 Meramec Bottom Road in South St. Louis County.

Originally a distressed and poorly managed asset, the property has been revitalized into a stabilized, high-performing investment, nearly doubling its initial valuation.

Intelica’s Tyler Hyde led the brokerage efforts, repositioning the property for office, light industrial, and service users and helping boost occupancy.
