Edward Backer and Dan Merlo of Intelica Recognized in SIOR’s 2024 Top Transaction Lists

We’re proud to share that Edward Backer, SIOR, and Dan Merlo, CCIM were recently honored by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) for one of the Top Transactions of 2024 in the industrial category. SIOR, which represents the world’s elite in industrial and office brokerage, annually recognizes the highest-achieving brokers across the globe.

The recognized transaction involved a significant office asset located in Olivette, Missouri, which closed at $31,065,948. Backer and Merlo successfully closed the deal alongside fellow SIOR members Vincent Bajardi, SIOR; Ryan Bertin, SIOR; James Corrigan, SIOR; Scott Savacool, SIOR; and Curt Stanton, SIOR.
