Wayne Houk is the Regional Property Manager of the East Coast at Intelica and is responsible for managing Property Managers and is instrumental in assisting the property management department to reach its goals. He also manages a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties. His duties include preparing monthly financial reporting, budget preparations, lease abstracts, rent rolls, and tenant delinquencies. Wayne oversees all day-to-day building operations across his portfolio such as site inspections, tenant visits, contract management, preventative maintenance, tenant move-ins, move-outs, and construction projects. Wayne assists the brokerage division with new leases, lease expirations, and renewals.

Before joining Intelica, Wayne worked for DCM Group as a Property Manager for 2 years. He also worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 8 years as an Accountant and a Transition and Quality Control Coordinator. Wayne was accountable for the leadership and coordination of onboarding new property management assignments onto the company’s platform across five regional markets. Wayne is licensed as a Florida Real Estate Salesperson. Before being on the commercial side of real estate, Wayne teamed up with his mother at Coldwell Banker Gundaker and was top in their office for the dollar amount in “Closed” sales and the number of “New Listings” on multiple occasions. Wayne is exceptional at walking the fine line between tenant satisfaction and ownership’s financial goals.

In his spare time, he loves to compete in pickleball. When Wayne is not on the court, you may find him on the golf course or a river paddling in his kayak.
