Stephanie Clark is a seasoned professional in the realm of property accounting for the commercial real estate industry. With a wealth of experience and a keen eye for financial intricacies, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our operations. From managing financial records to implementing strategic accounting practices, Stephanie brings a meticulous approach and a dedication to excellence.

Stephanie joined Intelica in November 2021, bringing more than 15 years’ of experience in the commercial real estate world in both the Property Management and Accounting side of the business. Beginning her career as a Property Manager, she gravitated towards budgets and operating expense reconciliations and eventually found herself in an Accounting role.

Outside the world of numbers, Stephanie enjoys watching her kids play sports and spending time with family. She is an active member of her parish, Immaculate Conception of Dardenne, where she volunteers much of her time on numerous committees and serves as the Treasurer on the Sports Association Board, embodying a perfect balance of analytical aptitude and a passion for her family.
