Scott Szarek is the Vice President of Occupier Services at Intelica. In this role, he develops operational policies, sets and executes client strategies, and provides leadership within the department. In addition, Scott oversees onboarding and continued operations to ensure clients’ real estate needs are met.

Prior to working at Intelica, Scott was an Account Manager at Cushman & Wakefield for seven years. He was responsible for multiple corporate clients who had large geographically dispersed portfolios. Scott oversaw leasing, portfolio administration, construction, and facilities management.

Scott resides in St. Charles County with his wife, Megan, and two dogs. When not at work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, mountain biking, and SCUBA diving.
