As the Director of Construction and Design, Nickie leads the occupier services construction management team for nationwide clients. She manages new construction throughout the U.S., as well as, renovations and upgrades to existing locations. Her team works with our clients on site-selections through close-outs and warranties.

Nickie Kopp brings a wealth of experience to the field of commercial construction with a dedicated career spanning 24 years. During the initial 12 years, Nickie honed her skills working for General Contractors, gaining comprehensive insights into the intricacies of the construction industry. In the subsequent 12 years, Nickie transitioned to a role with a subcontractor, further expanding her expertise.
