Before her career in commercial real estate, Ericka worked for six years at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, where she collaborated closely with the medical team to ensure patients and their families had the support, knowledge, and resources to cope with their medical diagnoses. Outside of her work life, Ericka is an active member of the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Ambassadors Board, a group of dedicated professionals focused on enhancing the experiences of patients and families at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
