Dan Merlo | CCIM

Principal

Dan Merlo is Co-Founder and Principal of Intelica, Bamboo Equity Partners, and Artori Group, as well as a Stakeholder in Oakline Studio and McClain Construction. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he is a highly accomplished commercial real estate practitioner, broker, and advisor. Dan is a licensed broker in Missouri and during his career has accrued over $2.5 billion in lease and sales transactions totaling over 50 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, and land transactions.

In his current role, Dan oversees Intelica’s business units and is focused on the brokerage, property management, and occupier services activities for Intelica, with a specialization in leasing, sales, tenant representation, and design-build projects for industrial and office clients. Under his leadership, Intelica has experienced remarkable growth both internally and externally, drastically expanding employee count and national footprint.

Dan is an active CCIM member, having served on the board of the local St. Louis Chapter for over 20 years. He is also a member of the Saint Louis University community, where he played Division 1 soccer and now serves as a board member of the Billiken Soccer Club. Dan is happy to still be coaching youth soccer in the St. Louis area at SLSG and the STL Falcons Soccer Club, where he also plays in the amateur and semi-professional leagues. Dan and his family are members of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church. He and his wife, Jenny, have four children and reside in South St. Louis County.
