Samantha Coonce

Director of Transaction Management

Sam is the Director of Transaction Management within Occupier Services at Intelica. In this role, Sam oversees the transactions team that focuses on new development, renewals, and acquisitions for our clients.

Prior to working at Intelica, Sam worked at Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Services Center supporting one of the largest clients, Edward Jones. There she led transaction and project management teams that focused on new development, remodels, and renewals in areas across the U.S. and in Canada.

Sam is married and has two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, entertaining, and trying new restaurants around St. Louis.
