Robin Kessinger is a Construction Manager for Intelica CRE™. In this role, he is responsible for managing tenant finish projects, managing building renovations, property acquisitions due diligence inspections, capital improvements projects and third-party building evaluation reporting.

Robin comes to Intelica with over 35 years of real estate management experiance. Prior to Intelica, Robin has gained a tremendous amount of experience. He has worked for Harland Construction, MAC Properties, Cypress Management, Gannon Development and Delmar Garden Enterprises. Robin has been responsible for bidding and managing projects, all cap-X projects multiple central west end properties, acquisitions, underwriting, construction projects, construction crews, maintenance operations, daily operations of up to 3,000 multifamily units and buildings, maintenance, custodial and transportation departments at a full-service retirement living facility.

When out of the office, Robin enjoys most outdoor activities including gardening and fishing. He is an avid wood working and novice artist working with metals and ‘Live Edge’ wood projects. Robin conciders himself a tinkerer and part-time inventor.
