Laura Chambers is an Associate Property Manager at Intelica CRE™. In this position, Laura is responsible for managing a portfolio of retail, industrial and commercial properties in the St. Louis market, preparing monthly/financial/management reporting, budget preparations, lease abstracts, rent rolls and tenant delinquencies and overseeing all day-to-day activities involving her portfolio such as site inspections, tenant visits, contract management, preventative maintenance, tenant move-ins and construction projects.

Before working at Intelica, Laura worked at Edward Jones for over four years as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. There she was responsible for processing incoming inquiries, applications and offer paperwork for financial advisor candidates. Laura joined Intelica in August 2019 as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to Associate Property Manager in January 2020.

Laura was born and raised in St. Louis. When she’s not at work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoys boating, checking out St. Louis breweries and listening to live music.
