Brendan O’Brien is a Senior Brokerage Associate at Intelica CRE™. He specializes in tenant and buyer representation for owner-occupied industrial or investment real estate. Brendan also represents landlords and sellers. Additionally, he handles contract negotiation and site selection.

Before joining Intelica, Brendan spent the previous six years as a broker for Hilliker Corporation. While at Hilliker, Brendan was responsible for a number of industrial and office deals in the central county and the City of St. Louis.

When not at work, Brendan enjoys running and hiking. He runs in many marathons and enjoys staying active.
