Karen Musick is the Property Accounting Controller for Intelica. She manages the accounting for third- party property management and for properties owned by Bamboo Equity Partners. Overseeing daily accounting for cash receipts and vendor payments, monthly close, preparation of financial statements, budget preparation, and reporting sales and purchases of properties are all integral parts of Karen’s role. She brings 30 years of experience in accounting in several markets, primarily focusing on real estate related fields, including property management, property development, construction, and architecture and interior design.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys exploring exhibits at museums, experiencing new restaurants with friends, and visiting her family in Southwest Missouri.
