Promoted from Within: How Sieckhaus went from Summer Intern to Bamboo Analyst

Intelica is thrilled to congratulate Rob Sieckhaus on being promoted to Analyst for sister company, Bamboo Equity Partners. Rob is a great success story demonstrating Intelica hiring and promoting from within. Rob Sieckhaus joined the Intelica CRE team as a summer intern in 2017 supporting our Brokerage department. We then invited him back to intern again after wrapping up his senior year at Mizzou and graduating with degrees in Finance and Real Estate.

“During his internships, Rob demonstrated excellent character, data management capabilities and a sound comprehension of investment real estate fundamentals,” comments Gary Parker, SIOR, Principal.

In August 2018, Intelica extended Rob a job offer as an Associate Broker, partnering with the principals of Intelica on sales, leasing and tenant representation to further develop his real estate knowledge. During his time on Intelica’s Brokerage team, Rob was vital to the department – ensuring reports and presentations were created accurately and efficiently, gathering needed data for our clients and brokers, etc. to support Intelica’s 20% plus growth each year.
