On and Off the market in 4 short months

Intelica CRE’s Dan Merlo recently represented STL Warehouse, Inc on the sale of their 27,000 SF building located at 10352 Lake Bluff Rd, St. Louis, MO 63123. The building was sold to Americom Imaging Systems, Inc on April 25, 2018. Americom intends to use the property for an office/warehouse.

This transaction was unique in that it went on the market and closed in just four short months. “We are pleased that we have been able to successfully close the transaction for our client,” commented Dan Merlo, “This transaction is another example of how Intelica is able to understand our client and the market but more importantly how we are able to reach the clients goals and objectives.”
