ST. LOUIS, MO – On Tuesday, July 28th Bamboo Equity Partners acquired a 135,000 SF multi-tenant distribution center in the Hazelwood. This multi-tenant distribution center is located near Lambert Airport at 6008-6028 N. Lindbergh Blvd. This building is 88% leased and provides 23 docks, 5 drive-ins and 20-foot ceilings making it a very practical distribution space for future tenants.

On Friday, July 31th, Intelica CRE represented Bamboo Equity Partners in the acquisition of a 3- story, 50,364 SF Office building located at 15455 Conway Road in Chesterfield, Missouri. Located off Highway 64/40 at the Clarkson & Olive Road intersection, this property has great visibility, and is centrally located next to restaurants and shopping in Chesterfield Valley. Intelica also professionally manages this building. This building is 94% leased.

Finally, on Monday, August 3rd Intelica represented Bamboo in the acquisition of a 42,210 SF office/warehouse property at 1842-1866 Craig Park Court in St. Louis, Missouri. This building offers flexible office and/or service center with open floor plans, and currently 7,123 contiguous square feet available. This building is 44% leased with a diverse tenant mix.
