Intelica Principals named 2017 Heavy Hitter in two categories

The St. Louis Association of Realtors recently hosted an annual luncheon to celebrate the 2017 Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitters. The winners of 11 categories were revealed and recognized at this annual event celebration.

Intelica CRE’s Principal and Co-Founders, Gary Parker and Dan Dokovic were both named 2017 Heavy Hitter’s. Gary Parker has been named a 2017 Heavy Hitter in the Largest Industrial Lease category while Dan Dokovic has been named a 2017 Heavy Hitter in the Largest Office Lease category. The winners of both these categories were chosen based on total transaction value.

Parker was nominated for leasing 13930 Missouri Bottom Road in Bridgeton, Missouri. This industrial property consists of 850,000 SF with a total transaction value of $37,000,000. Dokovic was nominated for leasing 3300 Rider Trial South in Earth City, MO. This office property consists of 87,000 SF with a total transaction value of $16,500,000.
