Intelica Office Insights – Q3

During Q3 2021, the St. Louis office market continued to experience pandemic-related challenges as the Delta Variant dominated parts of the market and back-to-office plans were pushed back once again. The 12-month net absorption rates did, however, grow approximately 600,000 SF, for a total absorption of negative 919,368 SF the past year.

“Many firms believe there will always be a need for office space, however, preferences will continue to shape the office model and post-pandemic plans,” says Joel Meyer, Senior Vice President of Brokerage at Intelica.
