Intelica Hires Robert Busch as Executive Vice President
Intelica is excited to announce that Robert (Bob) Busch, Esq., SIOR, CCIM has joined our brokerage team as Executive Vice President. Over a 15 year career at another local commercial real estate firm, he has close to $500 Million in transaction volume and was the Top Overall Producer for that firm for nine of the last 10 years. The majority of his experience has been in representing companies on their space needs and has worked with some of the largest local and national companies throughout the St. Louis area.
“One of the reasons I joined Intelica is the dynamic growth that they are experiencing as well as the abundance of resources that their platform provides,” explains Bob.
Bob is a past Board Member of the Xcelligent Market Advisory Board, a former member of the Grubb & Ellis National Tenant Advisory Group and 2020 Midwest Commercial Real Estate News Hall of Fame inductee. Before getting into commercial real estate, Bob practiced law at a local firm in their civil litigation group.

Bob is a native St. Louisan and a graduate of the University of Missouri and University of Missouri School of Law. He is a member of the St. Louis Priory Alumni Board, has served on the boards of Places for People and The St. Louis Arc and has volunteered for Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Bob is an avid golfer, runner and triathlete and has competed in over 100 races across the country.
