Intelica CRE’s CEO Inducted into Midwest Commercial Real Estate’s Hall of Fame -Midwest Real Est
ST. LOUIS, MO—December 2013/January 2014—Intelica Commercial Real Estate Company’s own CEO, Gary Parker, has been inducted into Midwest Real Estate News Magazine’s 2013 Hall of Fame. Members of the third class of inductees were chosen from hundreds of applicants and Parker was one of just 80 commercial real estate professionals recognized from 14 Midwest states in the brokerage, property management, law, and owner/developer categories.
The Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame honors and recognizes individuals from each Midwest state who have made the industry what it is today. Parker, partner and CEO of Intelica CRE™ founded in May of 2010 with his two partners, is a commercial real estate veteran with 27 years of experience. Parker is responsible for overseeing all office, industrial, sales, investment, and brokerage activities at Intelica CRE and specializes in industrial sales, leasing, corporate services, etc.
Parker, best known for his tenacious “stick-to-it” determination while conducting commercial real estate transactions, has been an SIOR for over 15 years. Parker conducts his business with results-oriented determination and his claim to success comes from running his company like a family business.
Parker leads by example and is a strong advocator of giving back by educating and training our youth. Parker enjoys guiding and training future real estate professionals and is currently a mentor at UrbanFUTURE, a program dedicated to helping the urban youth through literacy, academic growth, character formation, parental involvement, and career preparation.
Parker is a true leader, always there to lend a helping hand. His instinctive ability to listen, make decisions and engage others to participate has guided him to where he is today.
