Intelica CRE Sells Property on Hanley Road in Four Months

ST. LOUIS, MO—On February 28, 2014, Intelica Commercial Real Estate Company completed the sale of a 5,600 square foot building located at 2333 S. Hanley Road in Brentwood, MO. Intelica represented the Owners of the building who for 20 years, successfully ran and operated a laboratory and research microscope business from this location. Intelica listed the property back in October of 2014 and closed on the transaction within four months of listing the building.

Both Dan Merlo and Johnny Welch of Intelica managed the transaction and worked diligently to get the building sold. “With Menard’s entering the market and building on Hanley Road in the south half of the Hadley Township, we knew that quite a few companies were in need of new place to call home,” said Merlo. “We went to those neighbors to present them with this opportunity that would allow them to remain within close proximity of their prior location and Promdate Properties, LLC, ended up purchasing the building,” added Welch.
