Intelica CRE Sells 50,627 Square Feet in Fenton, MO

ST. LOUIS, MO—Intelica Commercial Real Estate Company recently closed on a 50,627 square foot building located at 800 Biltmore Drive in Fenton, MO. Intelica’s CEO, Gary Parker, and President, Dan Merlo, spearheaded the $1.9 million dollar transaction and represented both sides of the transaction.

Intelica prospected the neighborhood and identified the buyer, Custom Machine Works. Prior to the sale, Custom Machine Works operated out of three separate buildings in the park and purchased 800 Biltmore in order to increase efficiencies and consolidate their business.
