Intelica CRE sells 10,500 square foot building for Laborers’ Local 110 Holding Company

ST. LOUIS, MO—Intelica Commercial Real Estate Company recently represented Laborers’ Local 110 Holding Company in the sale of their 10,500 square foot building located at 11000 Lin Valle Drive in St. Louis, MO. The building is located in Green Park in the South County Industrial Submarket and is situated on 1.27 acres of land. Their property was sold to Operating Engineers Local 148 Building Corporation.
