Joel Meyer, leasing broker for Intelica CRETM, has secured a new and impressive tenant for 7700 Clayton Rd.
Williamson Home, a company that specializes in designing home décor for regional, national and international retailers has leased a full floor in the building, marking the first major lease to the property in nearly a decade. According to Meyer, Intelica CRE will be bringing creative, thought provoking companies to this building and securing Williamson Home is just the beginning.
“The biggest challenge was the current condition of the building, but through our virtual reality assets we were able to paint a great picture for the future of the building and the improvements slated,” said Meyer of the transaction.
The 64,000-square-foot building is currently undergoing extensive renovations which will result in a more collaborative workspace and traditional office environment, equipped with storefront, first floor retail opportunities to serve consumers and nearby businesses.
