Intelica CRE ranks in Midwest Real Estate News “Best of Best”
ST. LOUIS, MO—Midwest Real Estate News released its “Best of Best” issue this July ranking the best commercial estate firms in the region across several different categories. After just 2 years of business, Intelica CRETM ranked 48th and 51st in “Best Brokers” and “Property Management” categories, respectively. “It is great that our hard work, talent and dedication has gotten some recognition. This is just the encouragement we need to keep pushing our business further,” said Intelica COO Dan Dokovic.
Intelica’s 2011 transactions totaled to $28,671,358; $20,963,358 were leasing transactions and $7,708,000 were investment transactions. The total square footage of the company’s 45 leases accrued to 530,592 square feet. A few of the notable transactions included United Industries Corporation, Sinclair & Rush, Inc., First Allied Advisory and First Choice Distribution.
In 2011, Intelica owned and/or managed 4,254,614 square feet in 9 states; 3,819,107 square feet were office properties and 435,507 were retail properties. Morse Center and Northtowne Center in Columbus, Ohio and Washington Square in Washington, Missouri are several of Intelica’s prominent properties.
Intelica was founded by Gary Parker, Dan Merlo and Dan Dokovic in 2010.
