ST. LOUIS, MO—Intelica CRETM closed a 15-year lease agreement to relocate global manufacturing company Sinclair & Rush, Inc. into a 62,000 square feet manufacturing/warehouse facility. The new facility replaces Sinclair & Rush’s existing manufacturing location in Kirkoood with a more efficient facility located in Fenton, MO. Intelica brokers Gary Parker and Dan Merlo represented Sinclair & Rush in the transaction.
The lease wraps up an 18-month long collaborative effort to develop a long-term strategic plan to improve Sinclair & Rush’s business operations. “We approached Intelica to assist us in evaluating our options because our existing building lease was expiring,” said Sinclair & Rush President & COO Brad Philip, “After meeting with Intelica, we quickly realized, there was an abundance of options to consider because of the current economic environment. Guided by their extensive knowledge of the local market, we were able to find a building that better suits our needs. Our new facility is a smaller, more efficient building that utilizes space in an innovative way.” The new plant facilities feature new, cost effective underground plumbing, electric and air handling systems. In addition, the building’s 30-feet-tall ceilings allow for vertical storage that eliminates excess warehouse square footage.
“Our new facilities allow Sinclair & Rush to boost efficiency while decreasing our occupancy cost. The new plant will allow us to continue to deliver top quality products and solutions for our consumers, while allowing for growth and future expansion” said Philip, “We are pleased to have worked with Intelica. We would not have been able to locate and secure this location on our own. The Intelica team members are very knowledgeable about current market conditions and invested the time required to insure all of our needs were met.”
