Intelica boosts occupancy on Maryland Heights Building and sells it for $5.5 million

Bamboo Equity Partners acquired a 62,000 SF office building in Maryland Heights in 2014. Bamboo hired Intelica Commercial Real Estate to lease and manage the asset. In just two short years Intelica increased the occupancy rate from 60% to 90%. In November of 2016, Bamboo Equity Partners sold the building for $5.5 million to Scott Properties. The building was valued at $3.9 million. Intelica’s, Dan Dokovic, brokered the deal.
