ICRE and Bamboo Equity have big plans for a recently acquired mixed use building in Clayton

Bamboo Equity Partners recently acquired 7700 Clayton Road for $4.4 million. Intelica represented Bamboo in the sale and has also been retained as the Property Manager and Leasing Broker for the property. Currently known as Clayton Plaza, the 52,000 SF building will be rehabilitated into a boutique office development with micro-suites. Approximately $3 million with be invested in the building making it Clayton’s only micro-suite location.
