David Morris Joins Intelica’s Executive Team
Intelica CRETM is pleased to present the newest member of its executive team, Mr. David A. Morris. As the company’s Senior Vice President and Principal of Brokerage, Morris will be joining the Executive Staff to facilitate growth within the brokerage division. Morris will concentrate on Tenant/Buyer Representation, Landlord Representation and Investment Sales, as well as, broker mentoring and recruitment.

Morris is a 30 year industry veteran who has earned both the CCIM and SIOR Designations. Less than one-half percent of Realtors in the US have attained both designations. Prior to joining Intelica, Mr. Morris was the Market Leader of the St. Louis office of Grubb & Ellis and prior to that, he was a principal of (former) Colliers Turley Martin Tucker as an office specialist. He has been involved in over $1 Billion in commercial transactions over his career and has represented institutions such as MetLife Real Estate Investments, Trizec Properties, US Bank, RREEF and many local organizations such as Dierbergs, Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, UMB Bank, Brown & Brown, Missouri Lawyers Weekly, Stark & Associates, Mass Mutual, US Arbitration and Mediation, Barry Wehmiller and more.
