Dan Merlo brokers sale of 77,000 SF Brentwood property

Intelica CRE’s Dan Merlo recently represented Envelope Manufacturing Co. on the sale of their 77,000 SF building on 3.6 acres located at 200 Hanley Industrial Court, St. Louis, MO 63144. The building was sold to Post Holdinga, Inc. on October 30, 2018. Post Holdings intends to build a new, 48,000 SF office building on the site.
“The Hanley Industrial submarket has been very active for many, many months, and we’re excited we could complete this transaction with a company that’s already in the neighborhood and wants to further establish roots in the Hanley area,” Merlo told the Business Journal.
