The Intertech Building at 1859 Bowles Avenue, a 65,320 SF office building in Fenton, becomes the fifth asset within the firm’s Bamboo Micro Opportunity Fund® I, L.P.
“Fenton has historically been an industrial market, and it’s good to see office follow that. I believe retail will come after that too,” says Dan Dokovic, Managing Principal of Bamboo Equity Partners.
At acquisition, Intertech was 78% leased. Joel Meyer, Ed Backer, and Michael Backer of Intelica’s brokerage team will handle leasing the building’s available space. Intelica’s Property Manager, Tina Ripple, will oversee Property Management of the space.
