“They saw a strategic interest in occupying one building based on the synergies offered by both existing and future tenants,” said leasing broker Joel Meyer of AIM’s decision to lease the property.

When asked about his largest challenge in leasing the property, Meyer said, “The building had sat with no leasing activity for over five years. Through the new ownership and its commitment to reviving the property, we were able to put together an attractive offer to AIM and quickly get going on the project in order to meet AIM’s tight construction timeline.”
AIM Laboratories will take up 5,300 square feet of 3165 McKelvey Rd., leaving approximately 39,000 square feet for other medical/office tenants.
